Who May Qualify?
Beneficiaries who lived in an affected area, or who rely on someone in an affected area for healthcare decisions, may qualify when the disaster prevented them from using another valid election period.
What Agents Must Confirm
Confirm the affected county, incident period, other valid election period, and why the member could not complete the enrollment during that period.
