After You Pass: Upload Your AHIP Certificate to Advantage Plus
Once you complete AHIP, please upload a copy of your AHIP certificate so Advantage Plus has it on file. Keeping your certificate on file helps our contracting, compliance, and carrier support teams verify your certification status when assisting with appointments, onboarding, carrier certifications, or production support.
- Download your AHIP completion certificate from your AHIP portal.
- Save a copy for your own records.
- Upload a copy to Advantage Plus using the button below.
- Make sure the name and NPN on the certificate match your licensing information.
How to Transmit Your AHIP Certificate to Carriers
Completing AHIP does not automatically certify you to sell every carrier. After AHIP is completed, many carriers still require you to transmit your AHIP certificate to their organization and then complete their carrier-specific product training, attestations, and certification modules.
Log In to Your AHIP Account
Go back to the AHIP Medicare Training portal and log in using the same account you used to complete the training.
Go to Your Completed Certification
Locate your completed Plan Year 2027 Medicare + Fraud, Waste & Abuse certification. Download a copy for your records.
Select the Carrier Transmission Option
Look for the option to transmit, share, or send your AHIP completion to a carrier or organization.
Choose Each Carrier You Need
Select every carrier you plan to certify with for the 2027 plan year.
Authorize and Confirm
Follow the prompts to authorize AHIP to release your certification completion to the selected carrier.
Complete Carrier-Specific Certifications
Log in to each carrier portal and complete any required product training, compliance attestations, market-specific modules, and final exams.
Verify Your Certified Status
Do not assume you are ready to sell until the carrier portal shows you as certified, ready-to-sell, or approved for the applicable products and plan year.
