Important Compliance Reminder

Agents must follow all CMS, carrier, state, and Advantage Plus compliance rules. Educational events and marketing/sales events must be handled properly, including appropriate disclosures, approved materials, and event conduct. Do not market specific plans at an educational-only event unless the event has been properly structured and permitted under applicable rules.
