Option 1: Carrier Successor / Book Transfer Program
For Licensed Successors- Best when the agent has a licensed insurance professional ready to take over the book.
- The successor usually must be licensed, appointed, contracted, certified, and approved by each carrier.

Option 2: Advantage Plus Beneficiary Protection Program
For Non-Licensed Beneficiaries 100% of Eligible Renewals- Best when the agent wants to protect a beneficiary who is not licensed or contracted.
- The agent may assign the person or entity they choose, subject to Advantage Plus program documents and approval.
- Upon death, Advantage Plus pays the assigned beneficiary 100% of eligible renewal commissions actually received by Advantage Plus on the assigned book.

Step 1: Confirm the Successor Is Eligible
