Marketing Materials We Provide
Agents can request a wide range of marketing materials and support items to help with client outreach, community events, provider relationships, seminars, retail opportunities, and local marketing.
Business Cards
Professional Advantage Plus business cards for eligible agents, normally sent to a print location near the agent for same-day or next-day pickup when available.
Custom Designs
Agents may request customized flyers, social media graphics, event designs, provider outreach materials, and downloadable marketing pieces at no cost.
Flyers & Posters
Approved flyers, posters, and printed marketing pieces may be requested for client outreach, events, seminars, provider offices, and local campaigns.
Banners & Tablecloths
Event materials such as banners, branded tablecloths, displays, and similar items may be available when the agent has an event scheduled.
Promotional Items
Promo item requests are subject to having an event scheduled and may depend on the type of event, expected attendance, and inventory availability.
Professional Email Accounts
Advantage Plus provides free professional email accounts to all agents. Business cards provided by Advantage Plus will list the agent’s Advantage Plus email address.

Printed Material Guidelines
- Small quantity flyers or basic marketing materials may be available for approved agent use.
- Large quantities of flyers, posters, or printed materials are subject to having an event, seminar, provider visit, retail opportunity, or other approved activity scheduled.
- Requests should include the purpose, date needed, quantity requested, and where the materials will be used.
- Final approval may depend on inventory, printing cost, timing, compliance requirements, and intended use.
Event Material Guidelines
- Banners, tablecloths, displays, and other event materials are subject to having an event scheduled.
- Any promotional item request is subject to having an event scheduled.
- Agents may be asked to provide event date, location, expected attendance, event type, and carrier involvement.
- Materials may need to be returned if they are reusable Advantage Plus event items.

Business Card Eligibility
Business card printing is subject to the agent having a minimum of three active carriers ready to sell under Advantage Plus.
Business cards are normally sent to a print location near the agent for pickup the same day or next day, depending on local print availability and order timing.
Advantage Plus provides free professional email accounts to all agents, and all business cards provided by Advantage Plus will include the agent’s Advantage Plus email address.

Design or Fulfillment
If approved, Advantage Plus may prepare a custom design, send a downloadable file, place a print order, or coordinate available materials.
Pickup or Delivery Instructions
For business cards and certain printed materials, agents may receive pickup instructions for a nearby print location when available.
Use Materials Professionally
Agents are responsible for using all materials appropriately, professionally, and in accordance with applicable Advantage Plus, carrier, and compliance guidelines.
