Upload Your AHIP 2027 Certificate
Once you complete AHIP 2027, please submit a copy of your certificate so Advantage Plus can keep it on file for contracting, compliance, onboarding, and carrier certification support.
Before You Upload
Please make sure your certificate is complete, readable, and saved as a PDF, JPG, or PNG file.
- Your full name should be visible.
- Your NPN should match your licensing records.
- The certificate should show AHIP 2027 completion.
- Keep a copy for your own records.
- You must still transmit AHIP to each carrier separately.
Important:
Uploading your AHIP certificate to Advantage Plus does not automatically certify you with any carrier.
