Before the Appointment
Start with the Scope of Appointment, confirm the meeting details, and prepare the client to have their Medicare card, medication list, provider list, pharmacy, and current plan information ready.
During the Presentation
Create the client account in the portal, review eligibility, enter medications and providers, compare plans under Quote & Enroll, and explain plan benefits, costs, networks, and limitations clearly.
After Enrollment
Finalize documentation, save the confirmation, follow up 5–7 days after enrollment, assist with supplemental benefits once active, and continue servicing the member throughout the year.
